1. Scope and service provider
Message34 is a brand operated by SETUP34 REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. This document explains our approach to confidentiality on message34.com and in our email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Push, automation, API, design and integration services. The Personal Data Notice explains the purposes, legal grounds and rights relating to website visitors and contact requests.
Our corporate website provides service information and contact channels. Account registration and use of the Message34 application take place in a separate service environment. Information presented during those processes and the agreed service terms also apply to the relevant processing. Visiting this website or sending a contact request does not itself create a paid service agreement or give marketing consent.
2. Confidential information
Contact details, correspondence, business information, campaign content, recipient lists and technical integration information shared with us are handled for their stated purpose. Access is limited to people who need it to perform the relevant work. Confidential information is not disclosed to unauthorised persons.
Information may need to be shared with service providers to deliver the agreed service or with authorised authorities to meet a legal obligation. Such sharing is limited to its purpose and the necessary information. Publicly available information and information lawfully obtained independently are assessed according to their nature; personal data remain subject to applicable data protection requirements.
3. Website forms and correspondence
Depending on the form, we receive your name, email address, telephone number, company, website, country, subscriber count and message. We also record the form type, submission date and IP address. Contact requests are stored for follow-up and may be sent to the responsible team by email. These details are used to answer your request, prepare an offer, provide support and protect the forms against misuse.
Please include only information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal data or recipient lists through a general contact form. Where a service requires additional information, its transfer method and use are determined for that service.
4. Cookies, measurement and notifications
Necessary technologies support website operation, security, language choices and the recording of your preferences. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate choices in the cookie preferences panel. You can choose necessary technologies only, accept both categories or save your individual choices, and change them later through Cookie preferences.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand use of the site. In the current setup, both services start only when analytics and advertising are allowed. An analytics-only choice permits the site's own campaign and visit context records, but does not start Google Analytics or Clarity or send events to them.
- Advertising: configured advertising tools may process campaign identifiers, device/browser information and page or conversion events. OpenAI Ads requires advertising permission; Google advertising tags currently require both analytics and advertising permission. An analytics-only choice does not start these advertising tools.
- Preference record: your choices and their timestamp are stored in your browser's local storage. A choice is valid for 180 days; afterwards permission is requested again. Browser storage is separate from provider cookies and their retention periods.
- Web Push: receiving browser notifications requires a separate browser permission. You can revoke it in your browser's site settings; a cookie choice does not itself grant notification permission.
Withdrawing a choice stops the associated measurement on subsequent use; the page may reload to stop previously loaded tools. A withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing carried out lawfully before it. Browser storage settings also let you clear locally stored information.
5. Service providers and international processing
Hosting, technical support and communication infrastructure providers may process the information necessary for their services. Analytics and advertising providers process the relevant usage information according to the selected preferences. Where legally required, information may also be disclosed to competent public authorities.
Global services such as Google, Microsoft and enabled advertising tools may involve processing outside Türkiye. International transfers require a legal basis and the conditions of Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698, including an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, or a statutory exception where its conditions are met. Cookie consent does not replace the safeguards required for an international transfer. You can contact us for information about the recipients and transfer conditions relevant to your data.
Links to external websites or platforms lead to services with their own privacy information. Review that information when using the relevant service.
6. Customer data used in communication services
Customers determine the purpose of their campaigns, their audience and the content of their messages. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to use recipient details and for meeting applicable information, commercial communication permission and opt-out obligations.
When Message34 processes recipient lists or campaign data on a customer's documented instructions, the parties' controller and processor responsibilities are determined by their actual roles and the service agreement. Message34 may separately act as a controller for its own customer relations, billing, security and legal obligations. Using our tools does not automatically make every campaign compliant or replace the customer's own obligations.
7. Security, retention and requests
We apply access restrictions and technical and organisational measures appropriate to the processing to protect information. Information is retained for the purpose for which it is processed and for any applicable legal retention or claims period; it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when there is no remaining lawful reason to retain it.
For privacy questions, contact destek@message34.com. The Personal Data Notice sets out your statutory rights and application procedure. If your request concerns messages sent by one of our customers, identifying the sender and relevant message helps route the request to the responsible organisation.
8. Updates
The date at the top identifies the latest version. We may update this information as our services or applicable requirements change. A published update does not itself provide a new consent, retrospectively authorise a different use of your information or reduce statutory rights. Additional information or consent will be provided or requested where required for a new processing activity.
